E. & J. Gallo, a California winemaker, asked Stag & Hare to partner with them in the development of a new wine brand. They wanted to highlight the quality of the wine while also feeling intergenerational, gender neutral, and sophisticated without being exclusionary. We explored these aspects through a variety of concepts including togetherness and American craft. E. & J. Gallo provided us with two working names: Lovewell and Gather & Grace.
