Frosé, a frozen variation of rosé wine, was quickly becoming a popular summer drink among millennial women. Bacardi decided the time was right to launch a freeze and serve version of the beverage and asked Stag & Hare to help develop it.
It was important for the brand to feel fun, premium, refreshing, modern, and share-worthy. We needed to shake the negative associations people had developed over years of experiences with sugary, low-quality, pre-made cocktails. To create something truely different in the category and elevate the quality perception was crucial to the success of the brand. Here are a few concepts I developed for the project.
